How onboarding works
1. Free estimate
Send us the address and property type. We come back with a realistic annual revenue range for your unit, based on comparable Malta listings we already manage.
2. Onboarding
Photography, listing copy, pricing strategy, licensing check and channel setup. Most apartments go live within two weeks.
3. We take over
From the first booking onwards we handle guests, cleaning, maintenance and payouts. You keep full visibility and can block dates for your own use.
