We reach out, present our management service and, if they sign a management agreement with CiaoStay, you are one step away.

Get paid
Once the property is onboarded and receives its first confirmed booking, we transfer €200 straight to your bank account.

Send us the property owner's name and contact details on WhatsApp or call us — we handle everything from there.

Terms & conditions
- The referral reward of €200 is paid per successful referral.
- A successful referral is a property owner who signs a management agreement with CiaoStay and whose property receives at least one confirmed guest booking.
- The referrer must be the first to submit the owner's details for the referral to qualify.
- Self-referrals are not eligible for the reward.
- Payment is made by bank transfer within 14 business days of the qualifying booking.
- The referrer must provide accurate contact details for both themselves and the property owner.
- CiaoStay may change or discontinue the referral programme at any time.
